Nutrition and Development

Although we are heavily-focused on genetics, we have not lost sight of other important factors for producing top-quality seed stock. It is also incredibly important to monitor the nutrition intake and developmental growth of each animal.

Tate Cattle Company is dedicated to providing strong nutritional programs, spending hours and hours researching ways to improve the current and future herd to allow the animals to reach their full genetic potential.

Though it can be difficult to locate and quite costly at times, Tate Cattle Company refuses to sacrifice quality to make a profit. As the price of ingredients fluctuate, Tate Cattle Company still adheres to their strict nutritional plans to better prepare bulls for their work environment.

"It's so cool for someone like me, who is into genetics and raising livestock, to see the end uses of our product, and then get reviews back from the products. Because everything we did to care for that hog or cow - all the way up until the day he was harvested - is reflected in that product that we put in front of you."
