"Tiger Paw Pork Chops" are among the most popular Tate Cattle Company products. Why? Because they're different from what you find at the market, for two main reasons:

You'll see a noticeable difference in the color and marbling in our product. As a general rule of thumb, if you want a good, tender chop - you should buy the darkest red one you possibly can, almost the color of beef. This means the pH balance is lower, giving you a more tender chop!
There are two chops in one package weighing roughly 1.3lbs or more, meaning more value for your money!

Tate Cattle Company constantly searches for and consistently breeds hogs that will produce these kind of pork chops - dark red muscle on the outside, beautiful marbling, and enough fat on the outside to keep them moist from the grill to your plate.
